• Plot: What I'm reviewing here is a performance of Abbott & Costello doing a radio appearance for the armed forces during World War II. When I first saw this on VHS 30 years ago, it was just introed by an announcer telling of mailed requests of which one of those was of the comedy team performing their classic routine "Who's on First". What I just watched online had Dorothy Lamour introing them before they go through most of the familiar lines but with one big difference: Costello says a word that you couldn't say on mainstream broadcast at the time but that would change a couple of decades later and Abbott looks positively shocked when he says it! So if you ever get a chance, I recommend this version of their most famous routine...
