To ensure we can process your mail-in request as quickly and efficiently as possible, please take a moment to review the following guidelines before contacting us about your items:

Mail-In Checklist:

• Have you confirmed that there isn't a store in your area or one that is easily accessible for you?

• Do you have a list of the items in your collection or photos of the spines prepared?

When Contacting Us:

• Please provide your location, including city and province

• Specify the type of items you have for sale (DVDs, CDs, Blu-rays, etc.)

• Provide an approximate number of items you would like to sell

Important Note:

Due to the additional costs associated with mail-in purchases, we generally do not accept common or low-value items through this program and typically require a minimum of 20 items. 

If you have a large collection of 500+ pieces, please feel free to contact us. While such a large volume may not qualify for our mail-in program, we can explore other options.

Additional Information:

Once your purchase has been approved and meets all the mail-in requirements, we will send you a link for a prepaid Canada Post shipping label.

Accepted Items: 

• We accept CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, 4K discs and video games

Payment Details:

• We offer payments via e-transfer, cheque, or store credit, all of which can be used online
  

How We Price Items:

We use the same pricing method for both mail-ins and in-store products. Our master list dictates what we pay for each item; if we sell an item for more, we generally pay more for it. For example, we typically offer $7 cash or $9 in-store credit for an item we sell for $16.99. Since what we pay is tied to the selling price, there's a wide range of potential values.

Common titles typically pay between $0.10 and $0.50. These are titles we frequently encounter, which generally lowers their resale value. Because the cost of shipping these titles often exceeds their resale value, we usually do not accept them through our mail-in program

Please note that the condition of the disc also affects the price. Discs requiring repair will be purchased at a lower rate to account for the additional repair costs.

Ready to Ship:

When packaging your items, please ensure they are complete with the original packaging and that the box is well reinforced.
